We create quality developments with a sustainable future. Ticor projects form an important part of the economies, environments and communities that they serve.

Development

Ticor has developments across Australia, in metropolitan and regional areas. Much of our business is concentrated on large-format homemaker centres and retail shopping centres.
These developments often have a major impact on the communities they serve and we work hard ensuring that this impact is a positive one. We put in the time and the effort so that – in addition to being financially sound – our projects appeal to the retailers, community and government authorities.

Case Study - Supa Centa Castle Hill

• Ticor recognised the untapped potential in the Castle Hill area when purchasing the existing 9,000 sqm centre in 2002.  The opportunity to dramatically increase the size of the centre by purchasing neighboring sites made the acquisition even more attractive.

• The location, design and Ticor’s reputation attracted a great variety of leading national tenants including Harvey Norman, Domayne, Office Works and Barbeques Galore

• The development incorporated the latest international design principles for enclosed bulky goods centres.

• The combined GLA of 53,000 sqm made the Supa Centa development the largest bulky goods centre in Australia.

• Today the centre boasts over 75 homemaker and lifestyle stores in an ambient environment.

• Further stages are proposed which will add a further 12,000 sqm GLA for completion by 2008/9.
