Key areas of responsibility: As Ticor’s founder, Steven directs his considerable international financial background and global real estate knowledge into growing the business.
Industry background: Early in his career Steven capitalised on his entrepreneurial instincts when he moved away from the family clothing and textile business and joined the Wall Street firm, Phibro Salomon Inc. This led him to The Glencore Group where he became a partner specialising in commodities. Throughout this time on Wall Street he invested in real estate ventures in the United States and Australia and these investments became the driving force behind Ticor’s now substantial property activities. |

Key areas of responsibility: Brad oversees Ticor’s finances and day-to-day operations. A member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants, he is across all projects and has been with Ticor since the company began its focus on retail developments.
Industry background: Far more than just a CFO, Brad applies the business skills he obtained in merchant banking to Ticor’s strategic operations and direction. Brad qualified as a Chartered Accountant while working for a major South African accounting firm. He then broadened his skill set by gaining invaluable finance experience as an Operations Manager and Accountant in the Treasury, Money Market and Structured Products areas of a merchant bank. |

Key areas of responsibility: Tony is responsible for new business opportunities at Ticor and is active in the strategic direction and management of the development pipeline.
Industry background: He has broad retail property experience including site acquisition, financial analysis, authority approvals, major tenant negotiations and managing delivery with consultant and leasing teams. Prior to joining Ticor, Tony spent seven years with Queensland Investment Corporation where he led development teams in some of the country’s highest profile retail developments such as the AUD$300M Castle Towers shopping centre extension and the AUD$100M Logan Hyperdome extension. Tony’s base training in property was obtained during three years in research and valuation at Colliers International.

Key areas of responsibility: Richard has been instrumental in Ticor’s continued expansion into retail development. His entrepreneurial nature quickly recognised the opportunities presented by bulky goods centres and neighbourhood and sub-regional shopping centres.
Industry background: Richard’s primary focus is identifying new business opportunities and the future strategic direction and development of Ticor. His role also encompasses site selection and amalgamation, leasing consultancy, management and commercial aspects of design. After completing a Commerce and Law degree at the University of New South Wales, Richard joined a boutique investment banking firm in Sydney. Richard also has strong negotiation, problem-solving and financial skills obtained during his original training in law as well as from his background as an investment analyst.

Key areas of responsibility: Tim provides guidance to Ticor in all areas of property investment, development and management.
Industry background: Tim has worked in the property industry for over 20 years and has extensive expertise in property investment. Much of this expertise was acquired through a 14-year career at Lend Lease where Tim held senior roles in the construction and retail divisions. His responsibilities included property management, leasing, marketing and portfolio management. Tim also held senior management roles at Stockland for four years. During this time he managed the retail development pipeline and grew the development book of the retail investment portfolio from circa $100 million to in excess of $1 billion. Tim was also responsible for the Retail Projects Division at Stockland, which specialised in developing and trading bulky goods and outlet centres.

Key areas of responsibility: George is responsible for strategy and direction relating to the Asset Management aspects of Ticor’s property portfolio. He is a Certified Practicing Accountant with a background extending over 17 years working with Australia’s biggest retailer and retail property development companies.
Industry background: Beginning his career at Westfield, over the course of 10 years he was elevated through the ranks of Finance to Development and Asset Management, working on projects in Australia, Asia and the US. He then spent two years at Lend Lease heading up Retail Development Finance before joining Woolworths, Australia’s biggest retailer. In the role of National Asset Manager, he oversaw a large and diverse property portfolio valued in excess of AUD$2 billion and facilitated the company’s extensive leased warehouse and office space requirements.

Key areas of responsibility: Tony is responsible for the leasing delivery of Ticor's existing shopping centres as well as those under development.
Industry Background: Tony has over 20 years experience in the property industry. A great deal of Tony's experience was developed through an eight year career at Lend Lease where he held senior roles within the retail division responsible for leasing of development centres and retail portfolios. Most recently Tony worked with Stockland where he was responsible for the leasing of a division of the retail assets and management of the leasing executive team.
